Mandy is an experienced moderator with more than 10 years of experience moderating IDIs, focus groups, usability testing and more. In addition to the on-the-job training and experience, she is level 2 moderator certified through the Burke Institute. One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to travel and talk to new people. Mandy has a way of making respondents feel comfortable causing them to open up and provide great feedback.
